I’ve received many emails from Rock Medicine Volunteers and Friends of the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics some expressing our collective feelings I’ve posted some on this page to share with all our friends around the world. -Bob
I hope the world will join us in this tribute to those lost.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims and their families and friends.  Love to you all.  – Dawn a Rock Medicine Volunteer
A Call to Courage and Calm
Remember  to Take Deep Belly Breaths
Let Out Long Sighs
Let Out A Prayer For Peace
An End to Greed

Practice Kindness and Compassion In Your Own Circle

Pray
Local and Long Distance
It Matters
It Makes a Difference, In You and In Others
Know that Your Thoughts have Impact, both Good and Bad

Don’t Let Them Get You
With The Fear and Hate Their Pushing

You have a Choice
Where to put Your Energy
Your Thoughts
And Your Actions

A Call to Courage and Calm
A Prayer For Peace

 - Marguerite a Rock Medicine Volunteer

We are keeping this candle burning for all the people & their families who were in the planes, buildings and anywhere near the explosions today. May God be with them and help them through this terrible time.

God Bless Keep The Candle Going:

I asked God for water, he gave me an ocean.
I asked God for a flower, he gave me a garden.
I asked God for a tree, he gave me a forest.
I asked God for a friend, he gave me YOU.

"There is not enough darkness in the world to put out the light of one candle."
The Candle of Love, Hope and Friendship
